This technical analysis done at Refinitiv presents a proof of concept (POC) model to predict wind productions in regional price areas in the Nordics and in Germany. This joint work with Gabriele Matrinelli looked at the necessary pre-processing of weather variables together with the results using a classic Random Forest model.
